YakBuildTerms of Service

These Terms govern your use of YakBuildHQ (the “Service”), operated by Yakware Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the activity of your team members, and keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and have authority to bind your organisation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data that isn’t yours, uploading unlawful content, or disrupting the Service. You retain ownership of the project data, notes, photos and reports you submit (“Customer Data”).
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
Availability & warranty
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period (see the Privacy Policy for retention).

Privacy Consent
Product Analytics records coarse page, click, scroll, error, milestone, and conversion signals. Session Replay is a separate choice and additionally records a masked copy of page content and interactions; form values are masked. Replay remains disabled unless this product has explicitly enabled it.
Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables both. You can change either choice at any time from the Help menu.
